Try this super easy elegant Fourth of July dessert recipe. Perfect red white and blue made with berries, merengue cookies and mascarpone that makes it taste like a light cheesecake perfect for any holiday or party. Recipe 1 box strawberries 1/2 of cup of sugar 1 box of blueberries & 1 box of raspberries . For the cream cheese cake mixture 1 cup of heavy cream 1/2 of powder sugar and 8 oz of mascarpone cheese.
