Chicken Joy:
3 Thighs
3 chicken legs
6-8 cups of water (depends on size of chicken – has to cover it completely)
2 tbsp of chicken stock powder or 1 tbsp of msg
½ cup white sugar
½ cup salt
1.5 cups of flour
1.5 cups of cornstarch
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp five spice
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp chicken salt (or 1 tsp msg)
Fried in: Peanut oil or Rice Bran Oil.
Gravy:
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups of chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Spaghetti:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
50 grams ground beef
2 cups grams smooth spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 red hot dogs
1/3 cup evaporated milk
4 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper
Cooked spaghetti noodles, to serve
Grated cheddar cheese
Burger Steak:
250 grams ground beef
1 tbsp of onion powder
½ tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp pepper
1 cup of sliced white mushrooms
½ cup of milk
1/3 cup of chicken gravy
