Ingredients
--Chicken With Bones - 700 gm
--Salt - 1/2 tsp
--Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
--Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
--Oil - 1 tbsp
--Oil - 1/4 cup
--Cinnamon - 1 inch
--Cardamom - 2
--Bay leaf - 1
--Chopped Onion - 2 medium size onion
--Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
--Roasted and crushed Cumin - 1/2 tsp
--Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
--Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1.5 tsp
--Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
--Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
--Coriander Powder - 1.5 tsp
--Water - 2 tbsp
--Chopped Tomato - 4 medium size tomato
--Salt - 1/2 tsp
--Fennel Powder - 1/2 tsp
--Water - 1 cup
--Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
--Cream - 2 tsp
--Fresh Coriander Chopped - some
Preparation
-Wash and clean chicken and put in to colander
-Chopped Onion and Tomato
Method
-Take chicken in bowl and add salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder and mix it well.
-Heat a frying pan medium heat and add chicken in to it
-fry chicken 8 - 10 minutes, remove fried chicken in separate bowl.
-Heat a wok on medium heat and some oil
-now add cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf and mix
-now add chopped onion and fry onion till golden.
-now add ginger garlic paste and mix
-now add some water and fry for 5 minutes on LOW HEAT
-now add spices, crushed cumin powder, kashmiri red chili powder, red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder and mix it well
-now add some water and mix it well
-now add chopped tomato and mix it well
-now add salt and fennel powder and mix it well
-now cover and cook for 3 minutes on LOW HEAT
-remove the lead and mix it one more time
-now add chicken and fry for 2 minutes on HIGH HEAT
-now add water mix it well
-now add black pepper powder mix it well, and cover and cook for another 10 minutes on LOW HEAT
-now remove the lead mix it well, add some cream and mix it well
-now cover and cook for 5 minutes on LOW HEAT
-Sprinkle some fresh chopped coriander and serve it HOT.
