You just can’t go wrong with this chicken pasta recipe. This one pot pasta is made with fusilli pasta along with some chicken and vegetables. A vegetable pasta with chicken recipe that will be loved by everyone, adults and kids alike. Nothing beats a chicken pasta recipe for a quick and delicious evening meal. Ingredients: 50ml Olive Oil 2 Cloves Of Garlic 1 Large onion or 2 small onions 500g Chicken 500g Fusilli Pasta 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 Red Bell Pepper 100g Frozen Sweetcorn 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Salt 300g Pasta Sauce Method: 1. In a large pan heat up the oil 2. Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan 3. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute 4. Chop the onions and cook until softened 5. Chop up the chicken into bite-sized chunks and add to the pan 6. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until the colour changes 7. Chop the peppers to approximately the same size as the chicken pieces and add to the pan 8. Add the salt and pepper then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat 9. Add the sweetcorn and cook for a few more minutes 10. Add the pasta sauce and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat 11. Add the pasta and mix until all the ingredients are combined 12. Cook for 6-8 minutes on low heat with lid on 13. Serve as a main course alongside some steamed vegetables and enjoy! THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
