Today I am using pantry items and using fresh ongredients to make a delicious tuna macaroni salad. This macaroni salad is great as a side or meal. It's fresh and a great spring time salad.

8 oz (227 g) elbow macaroni
8.82 oz (250 g) can of tuna
1/2 cup (115 g) mayonnaise
juice of small lemon
zest of small lemon
2 fresh scallion
1 small carrot
1/2 of a medium red bell pepper
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
