As we all know Ramadan is coming so we women spend most of time in kitchen, so I'm sharing some chicken recipes that can be make and freeze so that we can have more time for Ibadah.Hope you all sisters like the recipes.
Ingredients:
To marinate chicken mince
Chicken mince 2 kg
2tspn salt
2tsp roasted cumin powder
2tsp chaat masala
1tsp black pepper powder
1tsp red chilli powder
Divide the whole chicken mince in three equal parts
For chicken cheese rolls
One part of marinated chicken mince
1 tsp green chilli paste
2-3 tbsp fresh coriander
Add salt if required
Cheese slices as required
For chicken kabab
Another portion of marinated mince
2 tbsp corn kernels
1/4 cup French beans
1 cup fresh coriander
2tbsp spring onions
1 tsp green chilli paste
Salt as required
For chicken nuggets
Third portion of marinated mince
Add salt if required
For coating
Beat three eggs with 1/2 cup milk
Bread crumbs
Plain flour
