Here is a very Tasty Chicken Curry Recipe! It is very easy to cook, it should take you no more than 45 mins or an hour to make! There are a few things that you can omit or substitute if you would like as well!

- Servings 3 - 4
- PrepCooking time 40 - 60 mins,
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger for the sauce and a bit more for the rice
- 1 pice of Lemongrass, for the rice
- 1 yogurt
- 1 Star anise
- 100g mushrooms or 1/4 lbs
- 2 medium peppers
- 1 head of broccoli
- 300g chicken, you can sub for pork, beef or veg. 1/2 lbs
- 1 lime
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 TBS of Thai curry paste, The red is hotter, so add less if you don't want it too spicy.
- 3 TBS of fish sauce
- 450ml or 2 cups of Jasmine rice, if you make to much it's okay.
- Salt to taste
