Ingredients
1kg chicken
3 tomatoes chopped
1 n half onion
2 green chilies chopped
1 teaspoon garam masala
Half teaspoon haldi
Half teaspoon Black pepper
1 tbs red chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Fresh Ginger & garlic paste
Fresh chopped Coriander
Half teaspoon dried coriander
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
This is the easiest & very delicious recipe i came up with, i personally love this chicken karahi. I tried adding very mild flavours to it, you can adjust the spices according to your taste. I kept it easy for everyone to enjoy this, even kids can eat easily without saying *spicy spicy * ???. I hope you will like thiss recipe.
