I'm April I grew up with my grandmother who owns a catering service for over 80 years, and she was featured on food magazine Asia.
She's known for her delicious food and her mother was the 1st Lechon establishment in our home town.
So growing up with her I learned many Family recipes.
I also opened a restaurant back in 2014 and an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant in 2016 with Italian and international theme nights.
heres my recipe for Beef Stroganoff

Recipe
Half of white onion
2 cloves garlic
half of large red bell pepper
100g fresh mushrooms or 115g canned mushrooms
250g lean beef
1/2tspn salt
1/2tspn ground pepper
2tbsp all-purpose flour
2tbsp unsalted butter
3tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup white wine
1/2tspn cayenne pepper powder
1tspn mustard
1tbsp tomato paste
1/4cup sour cream + 1/4 for garnish
salt and pepper to taste
parsley for garnish
