Creamy Chicken Recipe:
Chicken (Boneless) - 400 gram
Batter:
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Maida - 4 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Water - As Needed
Oil - To Deep-fry
Creamy Sauce:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (slit) - 2 nos
Garlic (finely chopped) - 4 cloves
Milk - 1 ½ Cups
Salt - To Taste
Sugar - 3 tsp
Cashew - 20 nos
Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add maida, cornflour, salt, pepper and water. Mix to form a batter to deep-fry the chicken pieces.
2. Add chicken pieces to the batter.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces until it is cooked. Keep Aside.
4. Grind the cashews into cashew powder using a mixer grinder.
5. Heat a pan, add butter, once the butter melts, add garlic and slit green chilli. Saute for a minute.
6. Add the milk, salt and sugar. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
7. Add the cashew powder and let the sauce thicken.
8. Add the deep-fried chicken pieces to the sauce.
9. Stir fry until the sauce coats the chicken pieces.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot as an appetizer.
