Ingredients:
1 whole chicken with skin
For Marinade:
1 cup olive oil (200 mL)
½ cup white vinegar (120 mL)
6-7 green chillies
8 cloves garlic
2 onions
4 tsp dried oregano
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp sugar
4 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 lemon - juiced
In a preheated oven, roast chicken for 60 minutes at 200°C (400°F)
Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy with hummus and mashed potatoes.
