Chicken Pakora Kadhi
Ingredients:
Chicken pakora 1 packet
Ingredients for kadhi:
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Gram flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
For Bhagar:
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Cumin 1 tsp
Curry leaves as required
Whole red chilies 5-6
Fry Chicken Pakora
Blend all ingredients of karahi add water cook on low flame. When it becomes thicken add pakora. Give a bhagar and serve in serving platter. For bhagar heat oil add garlic, cumin, curry leave, red chilies fry well.
Haray Bharay Kabab:
Ingredients:
Spinach leaves 1 bunch
Oil 2 tsp
Green chili chopped 3-5
Capsicum chopped 1
Peas boiled ¾ cup
Potatoes boiled and grated 2
Cottage cheese crumbled 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Coriander crushed 1 tsp
Raw mango powder 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Cashews halved 8
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Heat oil add green chilies and capsicum. Add peas sauté well. Blanch plak and cool. Ad all ingredients in chopper grind well. Add potatoes, cheese, corn flour, bread crumbs and spices. Form into kabab. Place cashew nuts in center of kabab and fry in hot oil.
Spring Garden Salad:
Radish sliced 1 cup
Cucumber 1
Mint leaves chopped 4 tbsp
Coriander chopped handful
Salad leaves as required
Carrot 1
Tomatoes 1 cup
Ingredients for Dressing:
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar pinch of
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Mix all ingredients of dressing. Then mix all ingredients of salad. Serve.
