Ab grill pan ko halka oil laga ker garma ker len phir chicken ko grill ker len. Ab gravy kay liye ek sauce pan men oil garam ker kay lehsna or adrak ka paste sauce ker len phir onion paste, tomato puree or tamam masalay dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len jab oil or gravy alag alag hojae to chicken, capsicum, cream or butter dal ker 2 se 3 minutes tak pakaen phir akhir men qasoori methi or tomato dal ker mix ker len or hara dhaniya dal ker serve Karen. Nauratan Qorma : Ingredients Carrot boiled cubes ½ cup Potato boiled cubes 1 cup Cauliflower ¼ cup Green beans boiled ¼ cup Green peas boiled ¼ cup Oil ¼ cup Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp Onion sliced 1 cup Cashew nut 6 to 8 Bay leaf 1 Whole spice 1tsp Salt as required White pepper 1 tsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Raisins 1 tbsp Almonds chopped 1 tbsp Cream ¼ cup Fresh coriander for garnish Method Tamam sabziyon ko ek pan men dal ker 10 se 12 minutes tak boil ker len. Phir pani se nikal ker chan len. Ab ek sauce pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko sauté ker len phir sabit garam masala, taiz patta or kaju dal ker sauté ker len. Ab is mixture ko pan men nikal ker thanda ker len or phir grinder men dal ker thoray say pani kay sath grind ker len. Ab ek pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste sauté ker len phir onion ka paste shamil ker kay 2 se 3 minutes tak bhoon len. Ab salt, white pepper, chicken powder, raisin or almonds dal ker thora pani shamil karen or mazeed 2 se 3 minutes tak pakaen phir tamam sabziyan dal mix ker len phir cream dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae phir hara dhaniya dal ker serve karen. Hazelnut custard: Ingredients Milk 1 liter Sugar 100gm Corn flour 60 gm Hazelnut spread 100 gm Chocolate wafers 4 to 6 Chocolate cookies 4 to 6 Method Sauce pan men milk or sugar dal ker boil ker len phir hazelnut spread shamil ker kay low flame per paka len phir zarurat kay mutabit corn flour dal ker mix ker len phir custard ko serving dish men dal ker thanda ker len. Phir chocolate wafer or cookies laga ker serve karen.
