Today I'm sharing very delicious recipe of butter chicken with spices available at home we don't need any redy to add spices yet it's very delicious.
Ingredients:
For marinate
Chicken boneless 500 gm
Yogurt for marinate 1 tbsp
1 tsp Kashmir red chilli powder or peprica
For gravy
2 big sliced onions
6-7 tomatoes
1/2 green capsicum
1-2 inch ginger
10-12 garlic cloves
1 tspn roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder or peprica
3-4 cloves & 6-7 black pepper corns pounded
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 tsp kasuri methi
Fresh coriander for garnish
