GRILLED CHICKEN – 2 WAYS | HEALTHY GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPES BY SPIICE EATS


Grilled Chicken Recipe | Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grill Chicken Recipe | Grilled Chicken | Keto Recipes Chicken | Herb Grilled Chicken Recipe | Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grilled Chicken | Masala Grilled Chicken Ingredients for Herb Grilled Chicken: - Chicken fillets- 3 nos. (weighing around 100-125 gms. each) Marinade to be blended: - Chilli flakes- 1 tsp - Oregano- 1 tsp - Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp - Brown sugar- 1/2 tsp - Juice of 1 small lemon- 2 tsp - Coriander leaves/ Parsley chopped - 3 tbsp - Garlic cloves- 3 - Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste - Olive oil- 1/4 cup Preparation: - Take a blender/grinder and add all the items for marination. - Blend it to a rough marinade and pour it on the chicken fillets. Mix well and set aside for around 30 mins. Process: - Heat a grill pan & add 1 tbsp olive oil. Spread it evenly. - Once hot, add the chicken fillets one beside the other. Pour the rest of the marinade oil on top of the chicken. - Grill on high heat for around 3 mins. - Turn them on the other side & grill 3 more mins on the other side. - Lower heat cook 3-4 mins on both sides flipping the chicken pieces. - Keep basting with the oil in the pan - Cook till grill marks are developed. ======================================================= Ingredients for Masala Grilled Chicken: - Chicken boneless - 350 gms. Marinade: - Curd/yoghurt- 2 tbsp - Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp - Coriander powder- 1 tsp - Cumin powder- 1 tsp - Garam masala powder- 3/4 tsp - Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste - Ginger chopped- 1/2 inch piece - Garlic cloves- 2 - Tomato purée- 2 tsp - Olive oil- 2 tbsp Preparation: Blend the items for the marinade in a blender and pour it on the chicken. Rub to coat the both sides of the chicken with the marinade. Set aside for an hour to marinate. Process. - Take a grill pan and pre-heat it. - Brush the pan with some olive oil. - Once hot, place the marinated chicken one beside the other. Keep on high for around 3 mins to develop grill marks. - Turn them on the other side & continue the same on the other side. - Keep basting it with the oil left on the sides of the grill pan. - Lower heat to medium & turn the pieces again to cook for another 4-5 mins on each side. - Check with a fork if the chicken is cooked.
