Ingredients:
500g lean beef mince
200g black beans (drained)
200g chopped tomatoes
One Knorr beef stock pot
5ml olive oil
100g red peppers
150g onion
13g tomato puree
tsp each of cumin, paprika, chilli powder, coriander, cinnamon.
