This is a quick video showing you how easy it is to make a simple base for easy and versatile, but most of all DELICIOUS, WW friendly Smoothie Bowl. If the serving size is an amount I would eat whole and raw, I count this smoothie bowl as zero on all WW plans. If it is more than one servings I count it as one, two etc on all ww plans as well. I have always done it this way on WW freestyle and WW Blue, green and purple. You do what works for you but this is how I do it! I have these creamy smoothie bowls every week!
