INGREDIENTS
Stuffing:
Shredded Chicken – 250 g
Capsicum – ½ nos.
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Mayo – 2 or 3 tbsp
Roll:
Oil – A panful
Bread Slices – 7 nos.
Maida – 2 or 3 tbsp
Water – ¼ Cup
Breadcrumbs – 200g
PROCEDURE
Stuffing:
1. Clean the chicken with the turmeric powder & Salt. Then cook the chicken in the pressure cooker for a whistle.
2. Then allow the chicken to cool & shred the chicken.
3. Now to the shredded chicken add the capsicum, a tsp of chili powder, a tsp of pepper & ¼ tsp of salt. (Optional: Add a tsp of oregano)
4. To that add 2 to 3 tbsp of Mayo and mix them well.
Roll:
1. Take the Bread slices & cut the corners. Then with the roller make it into a thin slice.
2. Mix the Maida with water or instead you can use a beaten egg.
3. Then wet the sides of the bread with the Maida water.
4. Now keep the stuffing over the bread & roll it.
5. To fix the roll press the sides. As the sides are wet they will stick together.
6. Then dip the roll in the Maida water or in the beaten egg.
7. Now dip it to the breadcrumbs.
8. Make all the rolls in a similar way. You can also use cheese along with the stuffing.
9. Now heat the oil in medium flame. Once the oil is ready, fry the rolls in the oil till they are golden brown.
10. Enjoy the rolls with a sauce of your choice.
