pakistani style chicken dum biryani recipe in urdu / hindi
1kg chicken ( desi murgh / desi chicken )
2 cups rice
1/2 cup yogurt
4 tomatoes
1 tb sp whole spice pw
1/2 tea sp red chili pw
1/2 tea sp black pepper pw
1 tb sp ginger garlic paste
2 medium chopped onions
1 tea sp imli ( tamarind )
3 -4 dried plum ( alu Bukhara)
1 tea sp salt
1 chicken cube
1 tea sp turmeric pw
3 to 4 green cardamon whole
1 cinnamon stick
biryani rice recipe:
2 cups rice
1 bay leaf
1 tea sp cumin seeds
2 tea sp salt
1 cinnamon stick
all spice powder recipe: garam masala recipe in urdu / hindi
home made garam masala powder:
2 tb sp fennel seeds
4 tb sp cumin seeds
4 tb sp coriander seeds
1 tb sp green cardamon
1 tb sp black cardamon
1 tb sp clove
1 tb sp whole black pepper
1 tb sp whole dry red chilies
1 tb sp cinnamon sticks
stir fry them all and make a fine powder
