Easy beginner green smoothie recipes are hard to come across. It seems like all the recipes out there call for too many ingredients and really hard-to-find superfoods. In this video, I explain 2 beginner green smoothie recipes that everyone will enjoy and even explain how to use one of the recipes as a template so you can get variety in your greens and fruits. Here are the macronutrient breakdowns for both recipes. Keep in mind these are post-workout smoothies for me, so that's why they're pretty hefty on the calories.
