This delicious (& vegan) strawberry, banana protein shake is super easy to prepare at home. It makes a great meal replacement and is definitely a weightloss smoothie.
Here is the exact recipe I follow (this makes enough for 2 servings):
1 CUP OF ALMOND MILK
1 TABLESPOON OF ALMOND BUTTER (I get the Justin's brand from Target & Whole Foods)
1 SCOOP OF VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER (I USE: ORGAIN ORGANIC PROTEIN PLANT BASED POWDER) - http://bit.ly/2mMvRnb
1 CUP OF FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
1 FROZEN BANANA
Now blend it all up! If the shake is a little too thick, I add a little water while it's being blended.
