CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE BY ONCHO'S KITCHEN


Our version of chicken curry. We made use of canned coconut milk but fresh gata is better. This is the easiest way to make it with potatoes, carrots and bell pepper. Best served with hot rice. Remember "we all can cook"! INGREDIENTS: 1 KILO CHICKEN 400 ML COCONUT MILK 50G GINGER 1 MED SIZE ONION 6 CLOVE GARLIC 1 MED POTATOES 1 MED CARROTS 1 MED SIZE BELL PEPPER 2 TBSP CURRY POWDER 1 TSP SALT #OnchosKitchen #ChickenCurry #ChickenCurryRecipe
