?STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM CAKE ?
-Crust-
20 golden Oreos crushed
3 tbsp melted butter
-Ice cream-
3-4 cups vanilla ice cream (look for a bright white variety)
3-4 cups strawberry ice cream (look for a bright pink variety with chunks of strawberries)
-Crunchy topping-
10 golden Oreos roughly crushed
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp freeze dried strawberries, pulsed into a fine powder

-Directions-
1.Mix melted butter with Oreos
2.Press into the bottom of a baking pan lined with parchment paper (let the sides gang over so you pull it out later)
3.Layer your vanilla ice cream on top of the crust
4.Put in the freezer for 30 mins to set
5.Make the topping by combining butter, Oreos, and freeze dried strawberries
6.Layer on your strawberry ice cream
7.Add topping
8.Freeze overnight
