INGREDIENTS
1 lb Beef Sirloin for Fajitas
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 lb Extra large shrimp
4 small onions
*Marinade for beef and chicken*
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (or citrus juice of choice)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp sugar
*Seasoning For Shrimp*
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
BUTTER SAUCE
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp Tajin lime chili seasoning salt
juice of a medium lime
fresh chopped cilantro
