Lehsuni Chicken / Lehsuni Murg is an Indian styled Chicken curry recipe which includes the special ingredient and flavour of Garlic ( Lasun ), henced it is named as Lehsuni Chicken. This recipe i perfect main dish for Lunch / Dinner. Lehsuni Chicken consists all necessary nutrients required during winter. Garlic can combat with cold, Sickness and Reduce blood pressure

For Spice Mix Paste:
- 100 gms Red Onions (diced)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds (untoasted)
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Garlic Cloves
- 2 green Chillies
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 5 Garlic (whole)
- 750 gms Chicken
- Salt
- Water
- Salt
