Smoothie Recipe:

Fat: 1 tbsp Almond Butter
Fiber: 1/2 tbsp Ground Flax & 1/2 tbsp Chia seed
Greens: 2 handfuls of spinach
Liquid: 1 cup Coconut milk
Fruit (optional) 1/2 Banana & Raspberries
