Beef and beetroot salad
200g beef steak
200g marinated paprika
250g boiled beetroot
1 red onion
1 avocado
100g rucola
80g hard cheese (parmesan)
BUGA's Chili Cranberry Sauce
Cook beef steak to well done.
Cut onion and marinated paprika and boiled beetroot.
Cook beetroot adding salt, sugar and herbs.
Cut avocado.
Put cut veggies on top of rucola. Then lay cooked and cut beef steak on top of veggies. Slice and add parmesan cheese.
Finish your dish with BUGA's Chili Cranberrry Sauce.
