This is my yummy sweet and sour chicken recipe made easy..
INGREDIENTS
-1.3Kilos breast fillet sliced into small cubes
-4Tbsp cornstarch
-4Tbsp fish sauce
-ground black pepper
-1/2tsp chili powder
-1/2tsp paprika
-1 and 1/2cup flour
-3/4cup cornstarch
-1 and 1/2cup water
-2pcs sliced onions
-2pcs sliced green bell pepper
-2pcs sliced red bell pepper
-275g strained pineapple chunks (strained juice is used)
-1tsp salt
-ground black pepper
-1/2cup pineapple juice from canned pineapple chunks
-1/2cup vinegar
-1/2cup banana ketchup
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-3Tbsp cornstarch
