Ingredients
½ onion – finely chopped
¼ green bell pepper – roughly chopped
¼ green bell pepper – roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic – finely sliced
2 green chilli peppers – cut into thin rings
1 tomato – roughly chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric
200g diced chicken breast
150ml base curry sauce (see video for recipe)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon coriander powder (optional)
1 teaspoon methi leaves
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon garam masala (sprinkled on at the end) but not shown in the video because I was too hungry and started eating.
Fresh coriander to garnish
