For the Masala Powder:
2tbsp While black Pepper
1tsp Cumin seeds
1tsp Fennel seeds
A sprig Curry leaves
For preparing Pepper Chicken:
Chicken -1kg
3tbsp Oil
1/4tsp Fennel seeds
2 inch Cinnamon stick
3 Cloves
1 Cup or a handful of Shallots ( chopped)
Few Curry leaves(for extra flavor)
1.5 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Red Chilli Powder (as per your liking)
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
1/2cup Water
***Note :
✓Please make sure that you cook Pepper Chicken in an Earthen pot for that Hotel Style Flavor and taste!
✓Do cook it in a Low - Medium flame for super delicious Pepper chicken.
