For Chicken marination
Chicken boneless or with bones 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1.5 Tsp
Red chili powder 1.5 Tbs or to taste
Lemon juice 1 Tbs
Melted butter 2 Tbs
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 Tbs
Yogurt 1/2 cup
oil 1 Tbs for grilling
For Gravy
Butter 2 Tbs plus 3 Tbs
Onions large 02
Tomatoes large 04
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Green chilies 2-3
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 Tbs
Cloves 2-3
Cardamom 2-3
Bay leaf 01
Cinamon stick 1-inch piece
Salt 1.5 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Dried Fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
Fresh garam masala 1 tsp
Water 1/2 glass
Cream fresh or cooking 1/2 Cup
For Garnishing
Cream
Butter
