#HealthySproutSalad #IndianFoodWithRadhiPatel Peanut Salad:http://tiny.cc/jvzzhz Vegetable Salad :http://tiny.cc/jxzzhz High ProteinRich Salad :http://tiny.cc/nyzzhz Ingredients: 1.boil mung bean sprouts - 1.5 cup 2.tomato - 1 (finely chooped) 3.onion - 1 (finely chopped) 4.carrot - 2 tbsp(finely chopped) 5.cucumber - 2 tbsp(finely chopped) 6.pomegranate - 4 tbsp 7.cilantro - 2 tbps 8.salt to taste 9.black papper powder - 1 tbsp 10.chat masala - 1 tbsp 11.coriander powder - 1 tbsp 12.roasted cumin powder - 1 tbsp 13.green chilli paste - 1/2 tbsp 14.lime juice - 1/2 lemon Recipe: -fristly boil the mung bean sprouts, only for one boil.(don't over cook) -then allow to cool and remove the water. -after that trasfer to sprouts in mixing bowl. -add tomato,onion,carrot,cucumber,cilantro and pomegranates. -further add salt,coriander powder, papper powder, roasted cumin powder and chat masala. -also add lime juice. -mix well all the ingredients. -finally, healthy sprouts salad is ready to eat
