This is my another new try for this Winter and that is Matar Chicken .. We get lot of fresh Matar in this season so I want to prepare a combined recipe using Matar and chicken both .. To my utter surprize, it has satisfied my tastebuds and quickly I have decided to upload it for you guys .. So let me know if you try this recipe .. I think Rice and roti both will go well with this recipe .. Though I had this with Chapati last night .. Thank you for all your love.. support and patience towards minis kitchen .. Recipe : Matar Chicken
Ingredients
For Marination :
Chicken : 500 gram
Onion and green chilli paste
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder
salt (half quantity, rest half we will use while cooking)
For Cooking
Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tbsp
Dry red chilli : 4 to 5
Onion Slices : 6 to 7 small size
Cumin powder : 2 tsp
Red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
Peas : 1 bowl
Tomato : 4 medium size (roughly chop)
Freshly chop Coriander leaves : 1 small bowl
