Here's the recipe: FROZEN PAINKILLER 2 oz. (60ml) Dark Rum 1/2 oz. (15ml) Spiced Rum 3 oz. (90ml) Fresh Orange Juice 2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz. (15ml) Cream Of Coconut Ice Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Grated Nutmeg PREPARATION 1. Add ice, dark rum, spiced rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and cream of coconut to blender and combine until slushy. 2.
