This is one of my favorite chicken recipes. Why wouldn't it be? It has chicken, potatoes and eggs all in one dish, and the best accompaniment to it is some hot, steaming rice. A perfect Indian feast! Chicken Dak bungalow is a recipe from the British era. Over all these years, it has remained as one of the highlights of Bengali cuisine. It is fairly simple to make as well, as long as you pay heed to the marination. Overnight marination works best, but shouldn't be more than twelve hours either, otherwise the chicken pieces will soften too much and break.
