Today we prepared a healthy smoothie that is banana oats smoothie it is very tasty.....
Ingredients:-
Bananas - 2 ripped
Milk - 1cup
Oats - 1tbsp
Ice cubes - 4 or 5(optional)
Honey - 1tbsp
Badam - 5-6
