Ingredients: Water: 1.5 CUPS Golden Flax Seeds: 3 TBS Chia Seeds: 3 TBS Wheat Grass: 1 TBS Cacao Powder: 1 TS Maca Powder: 1 TS Moringa Leaf Powder: 1 TS Cinnamon: 2 Dashes Cayenne Pepper: 2 Dashes Kale: 2 Cups Spinach: 2 Cups Celery: 3 Sticks Apple: 1 Chopped Banana (preferably frozen): 1 Chopped Lemon Juice: 0.5 Lemon Ginger: 2 Pieces (1”) Ice Cubes: 1 Cup Enjoy!
