Ciao beautiful people, today I share a very Healthy recipe: lentils, barley and tuna salad. Extremely easy to make for kids, fresh salads are great weight loss solutions if eaten in moderation.

Recipe:
-150 grams barley
-fresh chopped tomatoes
-1 can of tuna in spring water
-half cucumber
-black olives
-dried tomatoes
-2 chopped beetroots
-2 carrots
-Italian herbs and fresh basil
-salt, black pepper and olive oil
