I've got this recipe from my mom and I swear this is the best fried chicken
I've ever had!
Ingredients:
1kg chicken quarter legs
1 bottle (320g) banana ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
30g oyster sauce
1 head garlic
2 pcs dried bay leaves
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp sugar
