I've had a bag of quinoa sitting in my pantry for a few months now and decided to make something healthy.
I found this recipe at:

Ingredients used:
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbs chopped mint
- 1 tbs olive oil
- ground black pepper
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 500 g chicken breast
- 200 g quinoa
- olive oil spray (optional)
- 1 bunch broccoli
-1 pomegranate, seed removed
- 250 g low-fast feta
- 4 thinly sliced spring onion
- 50 baby rocket leaves
It's easy and really delicious!
