Giniling Recipe | Giniling na Baka (minced beef) with a twist


Giniling na Baka is a beef recipe that makes use of ground beef as the primary ingredient. This recipe stewed in tomato sauce and water to bring out the taste while vegetables such as carrots, potatoes and you can add also raisins and green peas for some extra texture and flavor. In my version of Beef Giniling (minced Beef) i make a twist instead of green peas and raisen i add BUTTON MUSHROOM for addtional texture and nutrition.
