Ingredients:
Chicken (Thigh part, or any preferred part)
2 Cups Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Paprika powder
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Onion salt
Black Pepper powder
For Brining:
2 Cups salt (preferable rock salt)
1 Liter Water
2 Tbsp sugar
Whole pepper corn
Rosemary (or any herb available)
