The ingredients you need for my recipe:
• 1/2 big onion
• 250 grams of white mushrooms
• 500 grams of stewing beef
• 1/4 cup of red wine or broth
• 1.5 cups of broth
• 500 grams of Brussels Sprouts
• 3 tbs of heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbs of oil for frying,
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
• some green onion for serving
