Chicken Manchurian Recipe - Restaurant Style - Chicken Recipes by (Fatima's Kitchen)
Ingredients:
For chicken marination:
500 gm chicken boneless cubed
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
For chicken coating:
1 egg
4 tbsp. corn flour
1 tbsp. flour
For Manchurian sauce:
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
4 tbs tomato ketchup
2 cups of water
4 tbsp. corn flour for gravy
Vegetables for Manchurian:
1 small onion, diced
1 medium capsicum
Other:
oil for deep/shallow frying
3 tbsp sesame seed oil for the sauce
