So this video has a bit of a funny story behind it. Back when I was living up in Los Angeles I applied for a job with a food-based company. Part of the interview process was to create a recipe video that would be in-line with their branding. I honestly had no idea what to make until my sister suggested making Dessert Sushi which I had never heard of before in my life. After a little bit of digging, brainstorming and shooting this the video that I came out of it. All of the ingredients I used can be interchanged with keto-friendly ones so keep that in mind.
