This is the detailed beef with broccoli stir fry recipe:
Servings: 2
Pre time: 5 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
· Beef, 150g
· Broccoli, 150g
· Garlic, 3 cloves
· Salt, 2 tsp, divided
· Sugar, ½ tsp
· Soy sauce, ½ tsp
· Oyster sauce, 1 tsp
· Corn starch water, 2 tbsps
· Pepper
· Cooking oil
· Water
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt
- Boil broccoli for 30 seconds, then place broccoli on a plate. Set aside
- Heat cooking oil, fry minced garlic until it’s fragrant
- Add beef, broccoli, and a little water, then mix well
- In a small bow', mix a little water with cornstarch, pour on the broccoli
- Cook and occasionally stir in high heat for about 30 seconds
- Remove from the heat
- Serve with freshly ground black pepper
