Here is another easy and delicious dish from my Chinese recipes that I've gathered over the years. This one combines a long pasta or egg noodle along with beef, sesame oil, carrots, onions, and ginger and a unique sauce to make a fairly healthy meal option. Grocery List
1 lb. beef, any cut is fine
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. white sugar
egg noodles, spaghetti, fettuccine, linguine, any type of long noodle (ramen can work as well, just not as well)
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 small carrots peeled and grated
1/2 cup grated cabbage, remove larger pieces
1 onion grated (left out in video until added to pan, so still grate and put with cabbage and carrot)
1 tsp. minced garlic, more if you enjoy garlic
4-6 tbsp. cooking oil
