Marinate Steak:
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Garlic (Lehsan) 1 Teaspoon
Salt (Namak) ½ Teaspoon
Pepper (Kaali Mirch) ½ Teaspoon
Mustard Paste 1 ½ Teaspoons
Lemon Juice (Neebo Ka Rass) 1 Tablespoon
Whisk Well
Beef Tenderloin 1/2Kg (500gm) Cut Into Pieces
Marinate Steak Pieces
Preparation Of Basil Cream:
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic (Lehsan) ½ Teaspoon
Milk (Doodh) ¼ Cup
Basil Leaves (Tulsi Ke Pattey) 8-10
Cream ½ Cup
Salt (Namak) ½ Teaspoon
Parmesan Cheese Grated 1 ½ Teaspoons
Mix It Well
Preparation Of Mashed Potatoes:
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Butter (Makhan) 2 Tablespoons
2 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes (Aloo)
Milk (Doodh) ¼ Cup
Salt (Namak) ½ Teaspoon
Cream 3 Tablespoons
Stir Well
Cook For 4-5 Minutes
Cook Steak:
Add Marinated Steaks On The Griller
Grill for 4 to 5 Minutes Each Side For Medium Rare

Mashed Potato
Green Onion (Hari Piyaaz)
Basil Leaves (Tulsi Ke Pattey)
