(22ml) Cashew Orgeat ½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice Garnish: Orange Peel, Grated Chocolate PREPARATION 1. Combine white whiskey, cynar 70, persimmon puree, cashew orgeat, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice and shake well. 2. Strain mix into a collins glass over ice. 3.
