Muli Ki Koshimber
Koshimber is called as “RAITA” also. It’s a form of salad which is having prominent place in all over India. “Muli Ka Raita” is typically Maharashtra recipe, which is without curd. It’s always serve with Roti & Dal Rice.
Muli is very good for liver and stomach. It’s a good detoxifier & blood purifier. It’s also good for weight loose.
Ingredients
• 1 cup peeled and grated radish (mula or mooli)
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp chopped coriander
• ½ Lemon Juice
For tempering
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 -2 green chilies chopped
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• a pinch of asafetida
• 3-4 curry leaves
• Some Chopped Coriander Leaves
Method:
• Wash , peel and grate the radishes.
• Take the grated radishes in a bowl and add salt, lemon juice & mix well
• Heat oil in a pan, once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds, asafetida & turmeric powder.
• Then turn off the gas and add green chillis & curry leaves
• Mix it well.
• Now Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves, if you like & serve chilled

In order to get a nice and tempting color to your Koshimbir then make sure that tadka doesn’t burn.
